The CKNA Grand Nationals largest race in 4-cycle karting today. Last year, nearly 400 competitors competed in just 8 categories. Now that the Canadian border is finally open, we anticipate setting a new Grand Nationals attendance record in 2022!

This years edition will be structured very similarly to last season’s. Thursday will be an optional practice day that competitors can choose whether or not to participate in. Friday will consist of 1-2 warmups and Qualifying. Saturday will be a full day of Heat racing, where each class will have 2 rounds of heats. Sunday will start with and Last Chance Qualifiers that are required due to class sizes, and the all important Feature races.

Please note there may be some modifications made from last year to accommodate the huge number of entries we are expecting. Once a detailed timeline is published, we will explain any changed that needed to be made.

On offer will be at least $25,000 in awards and prizes, awarded based on finishing positions as well as door prizes throughout the entire weekend.

Hosting once again is New Castle Motorsports Park in Indiana. This world class facility has the size and staff to handle an event of this magnitude and is widely considered to be one of the best racing surfaces in North America! We are privileged to have such a perfect home for this event.

With only 8 scheduled classes, we have no intentions of capping entries, but we will be enforcing track limit’s on all classes based on age group. Any classes exceeding the number of competitors allowed at one time will use an alternative format with heat points.
