New CKNA Penalty Points System

Effective immediately, CKNA will be starting implementing a new Penalty Points System. CKNA runs a lot of races each year. That also means that we have different sets of officials that work each event. One of the downsides to that is that it can be very difficult to track a drivers penalty history and ensure that somebody whom is consistently finding their name up in lights on the penalty board may not get the additional consequences that we believe a habitual offender should receive.
