We’re so excited to be celebrating Independence Day with all of our racing friends and family, that we’ve decided to pull out all the stops to ensure this is the biggest EK Chains Champions Cup Divisional race EVER!
Thanks to the partnership with our new sponsor KartLift Kart Stands as well as many of our existing sponsors, we have been able to add a few additions to the weekend:

Special Trophies and Prizes for Saturday, July 4th!
We want to make sure that racing on the 4th of July is a special occasion. So to celebrate the top finishers of every class on Independence Day, we have commissioned special trophies . Also, Briggs and Stratton, Noram, RLV and a few other of our sponsors have donated additional prizes to give our podium finishers!
The Kart Lift BBQ Cookout!
What would the 4th of July be with out some good old American BBQ cooking? Thanks to the generosity of KartLift, we will have enough Burgers, Hot Dogs and even age appropriate beverages for everybody! We plan to start serving racers about 30 minuets after the conclusion of the final race on Saturday (Approximately 6:30 PM)

Yard and Carnival Games!
Since we can’t the big booms until it gets dark, we wanted to have some activities to keep everybody entertained. We have invited a local Indiana company to bring in Carnival games and activities that will be spread throughout the infield at NCMP. We may even organize a tournament or two for some extra prizes!
4th of July Fireworks!
You just can’t celebrate the 4th of July without blowing stuff up. We thought it best to leave this to the professionals, so we have contracted one of the biggest pyrotechnics companies in Indiana to put on a display that will rival what any of us could dream of doing ourselves! We anticipate starting the show at 10:00 PM

On top of all this exciting stuff, we are still going to have an epic race weekend. Emails and phone calls are already pouring in to get information about our first ever 4th of July event. We knew doing a Divisional event at NCMP was going to be a big deal, but we didn’t expect the response we have gotten! So, we knew we had to do something special. We couldn’t use the popular track configuration we have used for the Grand Nationals the past few years. So in typical Cup Karts fasion, we’re carving our own path and will be racing a brand new layout that NOBODY HAS EVER RACED BEFORE!
Introducing: Track 47!
This new track utilizes portions of the Grand Nationals track that many of our racers know, but adds a large portion of the area beyond that circuit CKNA has never used before including part of the tri-oval!
NCMP is currently putting together a track map, which we will add to the supplemental rules once we have it.

Registration is already open for our 4th of July spectacular, and the link for that as well as the supplemental rules are available right on the main page of CupKarts.com.
We hope that all of our fellow 4-cycle racers will make the trip to New Castle to celebrate with us the best way we know how, AT THE RACE TRACK!
